Renovations:

A new four-story expansion building was constructed to house 24 one-bedroom units and is directly connected to the existing building.  The ground floor of the new building consists of an Activity Center.   A new elevator was added for a total of three elevators serving the 174 total units.

The renovation scope of work included reconfigured kitchens with the addition of range hoods, new cabinets, new countertops, new interior doors, and door hardware, and upgraded HVAC systems, new smoke alarms, railing improvements, and exterior regarding improve accessibility.
