Bloomington, IN (August 12, 2019) – Hayes Gibson Property Services (HGPS) announced today it has partnered with Excel Property Management (Excel) to unite our property management firms. Together the firms will manage nearly 12,000 residential units in 16 states, making the combined entity one of the premier affordable housing property management groups in the United States.
The combination of these two excellent firms will expand the geographic footprint of both organizations. Offices and resources will span from California to Indiana to North Carolina. The combined property management service area will now include North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina, emphasizing affordable multifamily housing.
This expansion will allow HGPS and Excel to increase their marketability and increase resources for training and development to provide more significant opportunities for all employees. Both HGPS and Excel will continue to be managed locally by its current leadership.
